Revision 1985
A fine example of the Bungalow style despite the non-contributing shingle
sheathing, this house is attributed to local carpenter J.H. Mimmack. Mimmack
lived on Lindley Place. The original occupant of this house was probably Frank
W. Blir, vice-president, and later president, of the Owenhouse Hardware Co. between
1916 and 1927. He remained until about 1930.
