This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence with office area in front has a square plan with an extensively altered front porch area. The front entry has been removed and corner windows replaced with shingles and casement windows. Decorative shutters have been added to the windows. The entry is to the side and there is an outside stairway accessing the second floor. The frame construction is finished in shingles and 2" beveled siding, the shingles finishing the gable ends. The foundation is of concrete and the gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles. The roof features a gable dormer in the center front and exposed rafters with decorative knee braces. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
