This detached one-and-one-holf story single-family residence has been converted to a commercial business. The T-shaped plan includes a flat- roofed overhang above the front entry and decorative concrete blocks forming a screen in front of the porch. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and the front-facing cross gable lies perpendicular to the street. Windows are 9/1 double-hung with shutters.
