PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has been
converted to a commercial business. The T-shaped plan includes a flat-
roofed overhang above the front entry and decorative concrete blocks
forming a screen in front of the porch. The frame construction is
finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with cedar shingles and the front-facing cross gable lies
perpendicular to the street. Windows are 9/1 double-hung with shutters.

The house, which is of marginal architectural significance, appears to have been
remodeled in the early 20th century with the addition of stucco surfacing, and
grouped, multiple sash over the windows.
This structure is a neutral element within a potential historic district.
