This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family residence has a rectan-
gular plan with a hipped side porch entrance. The front facade has shuttered
windows above a hipped bay window. The frame construction is finished in
stucco which covers the foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt
shingles and lies perpendicular to the street.
