This detached two-story multi-family apartment has a rectangular plan with a
small overhanging eave covering a cement porch to the second floor access.
The facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance
with fixed 2-paned, casement and sliding sash windows. The frame construction
is finished in brick coursing and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat
built-up roof has overhanging eaves and lies parallel to the street. Out-
buildings include garages.
