This detached one-and-one-half single-family residence has an L-shaped plan
with a diagonal enclosed gable-roofed vestibule in the interior joint of the
ell . The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
with fixed windows and a bay window on the front facade, The brick constructio
has stucco with half timbers in the gable ends and rests on a concrete founda-
tion. The steep gable roof has an exterior brick chimney and the axis -of the
main roof lies parallel to the street with a front-facing gable. Outbuildings
include a garage.
