PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a side hall and a remodeled front porch with shallow hipped roof.
There is a gable overdoor above the central front entrance and symmetrical
fixed windows with leaded glass on the upper portions. The second story features
1/1 double-hung with brick arch trims and shutters. The brick construction is
sitting on a coursed stone foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green-
grey asphalt shingles and features a gambrel dormer and concrete block chimney
with metal cap. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage of wood.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site

This property was built by Andrew J. Svorkmore, a local contractor and
builder of many residences for Sarah Greyson.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district due to itl: association with the residential aspect
of the Village Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
