This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a side hall and a remodeled front porch .with shallow hipped roof. There is a gable overdoor above the central front entrance and symmetrical fixed windows with leaded glass on the upper portions. The second story features 1/1 double-hung with brick arch trims and shutters. The brick construction is sitting on a coursed stone foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green- grey asphalt shingles and features a gambrel dormer and concrete block chimney with metal cap. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
