This attached two and two-and-one-half story apartment complex has an irregular
plan with decorative rubble brick panels on the facade and a second-story
balcony across the front and side of a wing. A three-story fire escape is attache
to the side. The asymmetrical facade has sliding glass doors and casement and
fixed windows. Brick planters line the entrance approach. The bearing wall
construction is finished in brick coursing and rests on a concrete foundation.
The low-pitched gable roof is covered with built-up materials and has two brick
chimneys. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not vielded any significant
historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
