This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front porch supported by double wood posts on a cut stone railing. The symmetrical facade has a central front entrance with 9/1 and 15/1 double-hung windows and 27-pane fixed window in.- front. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a cut stone foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a gable-roofed dormer with overhanging eaves and an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. Willson The corner building is a one and one-half story frame house with white narrow siding. The building has a steep gable roof with a bay window dormer that also has a gable roof. The ca. 1915 building rests upon a stone foundation that has been painte white. There is an open wooden porch across the front of the building. An open wooden porch runs across the front of the house with square posts supporting the porch roof. On the north wall there is a red brick chimney. The northeast corne) of the building has a one stony garage attached. The building was erected in 1919, designed by the architect W. R. Plew. 1 22. 921 S.
