This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a gable-roofed enclosed front entrance. The frame construction is finished
. in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
asphalt shingles and features an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
