This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable-roofed enclosed front porch. The central front entrance is flanked by shuttered 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and has an offset chimney. Cleveland Revision 1985 This very modest, 1938 Cape is of only marginal architectural significance in the district, but helps maintain the period character of this street.
