Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross plan with an arched overhang above the front entrance. The front facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with shuttered 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features two small gabled dormers and a brick chimney on each side. One wing to the side has a railing-balcony above the one-story flat-roofed addition and the wing on the other side is a gable-roofed garage, also one story. Cleveland I Revision 1985 Very similar to 304 W. Cleveland, this simple example of a 3x2 bay, Georgian Plan, Colonial Revival style house was built in about 1930 for Bernard J. Heetderks, j a doctor.
