This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable roofed open front porch and a one-story addition to the rear. The one- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of two offset front entrance with fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in white siding with brick on the first floor. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with black asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a brick chimiley. The axis of the-roof is perpendicular to the street.
