This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed addition to the rear of the house and a recessed entrance on the front corner. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 6/1 double-hung windows with awnings. The frame construction is finished in hardboard and asbestos siding with board and batten on the gable ends. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a rear garage.
