PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an
attached one-car garage and flush front entrance with concrete stoop. The one-
bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with
4/1 and 3/1 double-hung windows. There is a decorative balcony above a small
window in the gable end. The frame construction is finished in beveled clap-
board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with shingles
and has a brick chimney and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpen-
dicular to the street.
