This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a two-bay asymmetrical facade consisting of a side-facing entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. A hipped corner porch is supported by a wood column. The frame construction is finished in lapped asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped-gable roof is covered with blue asphalt shingles and features two gabled dormers and boxed, returning eaves and a metal stovepipe. The outbuildings include a garage.
