Matt Cohen , surveys-
One of the numerous , similar Queen Anne style houses built in
the district at the very beginning of the early 20th century
building boom in the district , this house is of only marginal
significance due to deterioration . The asbestos shingle sheathing
also reduces the architectural significance of this structure .
