This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed bay on the south and a gabled porch with solid railing. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in re-sided aluminum and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces. There is a rear brick chimney.
