This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed bay on the south and a gabled porch with solid railing. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in re-sided aluminum and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces. There is a rear brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Cline in 1917 , along with the rest of this side of the block , this simple Bungalow style house is identical to 314 S . 5th adjacent to it , though of a reverse plan . Another pair of identical Bungalows built by Cline , 316 and 320 S . 5th stands next to this pair . Local architect Fred F. Willson ' s private secretary , Mrs . Florence G .
