PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a wide concrete porch protected by a hipped wrap-around roof with gable
overdoor above the entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of a central front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows and a semi-circular
fixed window beneath the eaves. The frame construction is finished in brick and
has a raised design in front and fan design over the windows. There are also
scalloped shingles under the eaves. It rests on a cut stone foundation. The
hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features three gabled
dormers and eave supports. There is a brick chimney.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
