This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
recessed front porch across the front with solid railing and side steps.
The facade is symmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 6/1 and
8/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding
and shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof has overhanging
eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces and a rear brick chimney. The axis
of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of
similar materials.
