This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front porch across the front with solid railing and side steps. The facade is symmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 6/1 and 8/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof has overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and knee braces and a rear brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of similar materials. Research in the sources consulted in this survev has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Cline in 1917 , along with the rest of this side of the block , this simple yet very distinctive Bungalow style house is identical to 320 S . 5th adjacent to it . Another pair of identical Bungalows of a different design built by Cline , 308 and 314 S . 5th , stands next to this pair . Also nearly identical to both this house and 320 S 5th is 514 S . 5th .
