This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front porch with solid, railing across the front and side steps. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consi;sts of a central entrance with 4/1 and 3/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding of varying widths and features brick corner trim and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters with knee braces. There is a rear brick chimney.
