This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an enclosed shed-roofed porch in back and a recessed corner porch with solid railing. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 4/1 double--hung windows. The frame constructionis finished in beveled clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The cross gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features gable supports under the eaves. There is a brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a one-car garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
