This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a hipped-roofed front porch that is partially enclosed. The one-bay facade consists of a glass-paned front entrance with 6/1 double-hung and new casement windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding 3" overlap and corner trip, with shingles above the porch line. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with light brown asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney and an offset exterior brick chimney.
