This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
front entrance area under overhanging eaves. The facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with fixed, double-hung and casement windows.
The frame construction is finished in new wide wood siding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features
a brick chimney. Outbuildings include a carport. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
