One of the numerous small houses built by local carpenter Lou
F. Sievert , this house presents an unusually simple , smooth facade
pierced only by a rectangular picture window , and door .

resident here in 1933 .
Alterations include the replacement entry porch posts , the gable
vent , and picture window canopy , and perhaps the picture window
itself . '
