PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a gable roof supported by
wood posts over the front entrance which is centrally located. The windows are
1/1 double-hung and modified fixed windows. The frame construction is finished
in masonite exterior siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof
is covered with asbestos and has a central chimney. Outbuildings include a
one-car garage with a small apartment attached.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This simple , hip-roofed , post-war house must have replaced
the original house on this site , which was probably built
in 1931 .
This structure is an Intrusive element within a potential historic district.
