This detached one-story single-family residence has a gable roof supported by wood posts over the front entrance which is centrally located. The windows are 1/1 double-hung and modified fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in masonite exterior siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with asbestos and has a central chimney. Outbuildings include a one-car garage with a small apartment attached. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patte•ns assecia'°d and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This simple , hip-roofed , post-war house must have replaced the original house on this site , which was probably built in 1931 . This structure is an Intrusive element within a potential historic district.
