PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a clipped gable roof over the front porch, which has large wood posts with
a solid railing. The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front
entrancd with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished
in beveled siding of varying widths with shingles in the gable ends. The structur
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and has clipped ends. Alterations include the exchange of the old
double-hung windows for new fixed windows. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street. Outbuildings include a garage with false front which looke original .
