Matt Cohen , surveyor
One of the outstanding .Bungalows built in the district in the
1930 ' s , carpenter Lou F. Sievert employed thick corner piers to
support the porch , battered and curved wall surfaces , and a
stucco finish for everything but the roof for an impressive
effect. The house is similar in these respects to 314 S . 7th
Ave .
Mrs . Sophia Bressler , widow of Cyrus Bressler , was the occupant
here in 1933 .
