PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an open front porch with a gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance flanked by double-hung windows of a 3/1 or 4/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is one central interior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
