PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan with a recessed gable-roofed front entry. A garage is attached. The
two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set glass-paned
front entrance with double-hung windows of a 4/4 sash arrangement. The
frame construction is finished in shingles on the bottom and stucco on
the upper part. There is board and batten on the gable above the doorway.
The house rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
cedar shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is one front
exterior brick chimney.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district due to the association with the residential aspect
of the Nationalization Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
