PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed gable-roofed front entry. A garage is attached. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows of a 4/4 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in shingles on the bottom and stucco on the upper part. There is board and batten on the gable above the doorway. The house rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is one front exterior brick chimney. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structurelsite and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
