This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable set over the open front porch. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by double-hung windows of a 6/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
