This detached one-and one-half story single-family residence has a rectan-
gular plan with a gable over the front entrance. A garage is attached.
The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned
front entrance flanked by double-hung windows with a 4/1 sash arrange-
ment and shutters on the ground floor. The frame construction is finished
in clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable and flat roof
is covered with green. asphalt shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves.
There is one central interior chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street.
