Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and one-half story single-family residence has a rectan- gular plan with a gable over the front entrance. A garage is attached. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by double-hung windows with a 4/1 sash arrange- ment and shutters on the ground floor. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable and flat roof is covered with green. asphalt shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves. There is one central interior chimney.
