This detached two-and-one-half story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed front porch with gable overdoor, an enclosed side stairway entrance to the second story, and a rear attached garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 8/8 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in vinyl shingles and rests on a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features two wall dormers and boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
