Cline. The porch, in particular, is very similar to that of 320 S. 5th Ave. , which was built about the same time and is also attributed to Cline. John Wherling is another possible builder of this house. Ray C. Kiggins, listed in the 1916-17 City directory as a salesman at the Butte Potato and Produce Co. , signed the 1916 sewer permit for the house and may have been the original owner. In that directory, Kiggins' residence is listed as 300 S. Bozeman Ave. , while in the 1927 directory, it is listed here. By 1927, Kiggins was manager of the Ryan Fruit Co.
