PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a hipped roof partially-enclosed front porch and several additions to
the rear. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center
front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows with decorative shutters. The
frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a rubble foundation.
The gable roof is covered with light and dark green asphalt shingles and
features a shed-roofed dormer and partially returning boxed eaves. There is
an exterior brick chimney and a:metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is per-
pendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
