Matt Cohen, surveyor
A very late hold over of the Greek Revival style, this modest house is
well preserved, despite the enclosure at the porch, and the south shed
dormer. A house of different configuration appears on this site on the 1904
Sanborn Map.
In 1927, George C. Lasater, a salesman, and his wife Ethel M. Laster, resided
here.
