This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a hipped roof front porch with gable overdoor and solid railing. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed, transomed (with beveled glass) and 1/1 double-hung windows. The bearing wall construction is brick and has shingles on the gable ends. The structure rests on a concrete block foundation. The flipped roof is covered with rust asphalt shingles and features partially returning eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to the street with gable intersects facing front and side. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
