Matt Cohen, surveyor
Of marginal significance due to alteration, this simple Bungalow, which is similar to
725 S. 6th Ave. , may have been built by local carpenter W.H. Cline. On the
sketch map on the back of the water permit for 316 S. 6th Ave. , this lot is
labeled N.H. Cline".
The resident of 1927 here was Mrs. Thirza Granniss, widow of John W.
Granniss.
E. Myron Ferris, a real estate agent, was apparently involved in the initial
sale of the house.
