This detached one-story -single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a bay window on the south side and a recessed front entrance. The facade is asymmetri- cal and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 4/1 and 3/1 double-hung windows. The front section of the house including. a partially enclosed section and the recessed porch are covered with a flat roof which is partially protected by the main hip roof. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features a brick chimney. Alterati.ons include a small addition to the south with wood siding and hipped roof. Outbuildings include a small shed. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
