PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a shed-roofed bay window, and a recessed front porch. The symmetrical facade
consists of a central front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows and a second
story balcony enclosing two gabled dormer wilndows and doors. The frame constructio
is fini§hed in narrow yellow clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves with
exposed rafters and knee braces , as well as a brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of similar
materials.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to it's association with the residential aspect of the Progressive
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
