PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached orie-story single-family residence has a square plan with
an enclosed gable-roofed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of a glass-paned front entrance with 4/1 double-hung and
fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in 3 bevel siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red
asphalt shingles and features widely spaced exposed rafter ends. The
axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an
attached garage with flat roof.

Built by local carpenter Lou F. Sievert, this typical Bungalow was built in
the late 1930' s, and is therefore among the last Bungalows built in
the district. The two picture windows enclosing the porch are significant
non-contributing features.
Lloyd M. Johnson, a lawyer, is listed as living here in 1940.
