This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front porch under the main gable roof and a gable-roofed bay projection to the side of the porch. The two-bay front facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey- brown asphalt shingles and boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is perpen- dicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
