This detached one-story single-family- residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a rear brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
