PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan With
a hipped roof on the front porch supported by wood posts and a solid
railing. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center
front entrance with 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction
is covered with masonite shingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has an interior
brickchimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.

Probably one of the five Bungalows built by local builder Guy A. Ensinger
which were noted in the 1917 article in the American Builder, this simple
house has been covered with masonite shingle sheathing, but is otherwise
well-preserved (see district statement of significance) .
Wilbur E. Brotherton was living here in 1927.
