Dier in 1919, this house is a significant element in the streetscape, but of minor individual significance. The house may have replaced an earlier structure on this site, for H. McLeod Everse, Manager of the Montana Flour Mills Co. , is listed as living at this address in 1927 - a date which is probably earlier than the date of construction. The front tripartite window may be a later addition. Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection, August 26, 1919, George P. Dier (crossed out, with N.O. Bohart" written in) .
